This \u201calternative\u201d route was developed as complementary to the main exhibition and gives the floor to about fifteen artists. <em>Banqueroute <\/em>initiates a dialogue between two heterogeneous and paradoxical practices which yet remain vital to the survival of art: the collecting practice (public or private) and the artistic practice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Art au Centre was created in 2019 and moves into empty shops in the city of Li\u00e8ge to present an artistic route. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artaucentre.be\">www.artaucentre.be<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Banqueroute is an original proposal by Art au Centre[1] in response to Yves Randaxhe&#8217;s invitation to take part in the Private Views exhibition in order to initiate a reflection on art collection and its current stakes towards contemporary creation.
