\u00ab\u2009My work is the result of many years of testing. Spontaneity holds a very important place in this work. I don\u2019t seek the realistic rendering but all my subjects are drawn from reality. Nature surrounds me and I play with it. I offer it a new reading list. However the latter remains primarily a pretext to paint. Painting is the subject. I don\u2019t refrain myself from breaching the pictorial codes. I hate what the majority approves and vice versa. I create my personal codes. I often start from simple subjects and shapes that are present in my drawings to turn them into something different. I am against the notions of beauty and ugliness.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n
