« Which forms can the relationship between me as an artist, and the object as a carrier of meanings take ? This is one of the questions central to the research I do through different methods and media.

For Art au Centre #6, I continued investigating the performative nature of objects as signs. Seven signs, cut out in a wooden panel, and five blank spaces come together in a room. Playing with different methods of working, selecting – arranging – composing – documenting and staging, I explore the varying rhythms and meanings these objects can perform. If grammar could be seen as the ordening of spoken- and written signs, then how does the status of these objects change, depending on their placement, their connections with other objects and human interaction ? »
